Method
1. Preheat the oven to moderate (180 °C). Line an oven tray with baking paper.
2. Let the pumpkin mash cool and season to taste.
3. Make a mouth shape out of each piece of the capsicum. Slice the zucchini in half. Make 12 little triangles out of this piece.
4. On the tray, arrange the mini pizza bases. Spread pizza sauce, and olives. Cheese is equally distributed over each pizza.
5. To create two eyes and a nose, arrange three triangles on each with the skin side up. The capsicum should be placed with the mouth on the bottom.
