- Corn flour -1 tsp
- Lemon juice-1-tsp
- Vanilla extract – 1/2 teaspoon
- Carton cream whipped – 300ml
- Bananas peeled, sliced – 3
- Punnet strawberries, hulled, quartered – 250 g
- Kiwi fruit peeled, sliced – 2
- Pulp of 4 passion fruit
Mini Strawberry Pavlova Recipe
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 150 degrees Celsius. Line an oven tray with baking paper.

Beat egg whites with an electric mixer until soft peaks form.

Gradually whisk in the sugar, one tablespoon at a time, until the sugar dissolves and a stiff, thick, and glossy frosting forms. Beat in cornflour, lemon juice, and vanilla extract.
